摘要
新世纪,中国教育进入历史新时期。随着背景演进和利益分化,教育领域中各种问题凸显。这些问题中有些是深层次的"结构性问题",对此人们常常想到"体制改革",而在一些人那里出现了极端主义对待改革的倾向。其实,"结构性问题"的解决更为需要的是"文化视野",而这也是既往教育改革所缺乏的。"文化视野"把握多元价值,强调兼容兼顾。以文化视野审视教育改革,要求我们极教育研究之"高明",而道实践运作之"中庸",从思想行动两方面双管齐下,多元整合,文而化之。
Chinese education has stepped into a new historical era in the new century. With the background evolution and interest differentiation, the deep conflicts in education domain have risen. Some of these conflicts are seated "structural problems". To cope with such problems, people often think about the "institutional reform", and there has been an extremism tendency towards the reform. Actually, the solution of "structural problems" needs the "cultural perspective", a perspective that previous education reforms lacked. "Cultural perspective" grasps multi-values and emphasizes inclusion. To examine the educational reform from cultural perspective require us make good use of advanced educational research and perform moderately in practice, integrate multi-values and address the problems gradually through both thinking and action.
