国际化进程中高职院校全面质量管理战略

On Overall Quality Management Strategies in Processing Internationalization Higher Vocational College

高职院校在国际化进程中的核心任务是全面质量教育,即通过战略目标、实施过程评估标准和总结反馈等系列过程完成院校组织文化变革。战略目标制定要符合区域社会、经济和文化对学校发展的标示。在战略实施过程中,强调师资队伍的国际化、专业与课程标准的国际化、学生的国际化和跨文化的国际交流与合作等具体措施落实战略目标。在评估标准中更注重与国际接轨,在接受教育部办学水平评估的同时注重行业与企业的评估标准。最后,还要及时总结经验并不断调整阶段战略目标,形成良好循环。

The core task in processing internationalization of higher vocational colleges is to fulfill the overall quality of education: to complete the cultural reform of organization in colleges through strategic objectives and implementation procedures,assessment and reviewing feedback.It is necessary to be more international-oriented in the assessment criteria and to value more the industry and enterprise assessment standard in the process of accepting the educational standard assessment by the Ministry of Education.Finally,we need timely sum up experience and constantly adjust phrasal strategic objectives and form a virtuous circle.
