摘要
探讨高校办学特色的内涵与特征,对一流大学、办学规模、专业齐全和发展战略等相关概念进行了辨析,从而明晰了办学特色的定义;从培育办学特色的基本路径、办学特色培育与建设过程中应注意的几个问题两方面,探讨了办学特色的生成机制;从教学过程的行动导向、教育过程的以学生为本阐述了河源职业技术学院在形成办学特色上所进行的浓度与探索。
This paper tries to explore the connotation and characteristics of running colleges and universities,to distinguish such related definitions as first-class university,school-running scale,complete specialties and the development strategies,so as to clear the definition of school-running feature.From the perspective of the basic path of cultivating school-running characteristics,cultivation and construction are discussed and the formation mechanism is explored.Based on the action-oriented teaching process and student-oriented education process,the attempt and exploration of school-running features of Heyuan Polytechnic are also expounded.
