摘要
农民工意见表达对其自身情绪释放、个体发展以及政治沟通、政府过程参考有重要意义和作用。但由于种种限制,阻碍了农民工合理、有序利益的诉求,限制农民工意见表达水平。因此,有必要从改革户籍、选举制度,健全、完善农民工工会组织,全面提高农民工文化、政治素质等方面努力,并从农民工网络意见表达角度进行创新尝试,以便农民工更快更好地融入城市的政治生活,促进中国城市化的顺利发展。
The opinion expression of the peasant-workers plays an important role in their emotion release, individual development, the political communication and government process consultation. Factors prevent them from expressing their opinions orderly and reasonably. Therefore it is necessary to make effort in reforming the household registration and electoral system, improving and perfecting the labor unions of the peasant-workers, enhancing both of their educational level and political caliber and making innovations in their opinion expression with the help of the internet. All these measures aim to help peasant-workers better integrate into the political lives in the cities and therefore, 10romote the urbanization Process of China.
