A Comparative Study of Guanxi Research in Chinese and Western Cultures

With the notion of hybridity of post-colonial theories as the theoretic perspective, a systemauc analysis is carried out on Gu Hongming＇ s version of The Analects of Confucius. It is argued that Gu Hongming＇ s version entails the clear feature of hybridity which indicates his endeavor to resist western hegemony of culture in special context of history and his intention to promote the equal dialogue between Chinese and western cultures.
