关于高职教师师德修养的思考

Reflections on Teachers' Virtue and Moral Cultivation at Vocational Colleges

高职教育是学生从学校走向社会的桥梁,教师的师德对学生今后能否养成良好的职业道德习惯起着至关重要的作用。教师有教书育人的责任,水有滋养万物的德行,两者有很多相通相似之处,教师在修养自己的道德情操时注意向水学习其德性,可以帮助教师提高自身的师德修养。

Vocational education plays a role of bridge from school to society,and the teachers＇ virtue and moral cultivation plays a decisive role in the development of students＇ professional ethics.Teachers,who assume the responsibility of students＇ intellectual and spiritual development,share considerable similarities with water whose nature and virtue could serve as the guide to improve the teachers＇ morality.
