Implementing Outlook of Scientific Development from the Perspective of Education for All-Round Development

文章从学习《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的个人体会出发,围绕"以人为本,全面实施素质教育"的战略主题,运用科学发展观的指导思想,对《教育规划纲要》中贯穿的素质教育理念进行梳理和分析,提出个人的认识和体会。

Based on the personal learning experience of the National Planning Outline for Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development（2010-2020）,focusing on the strategic topic of people-oriented education for all-round development,the paper analyzes the concept on education for all-round development guided by the outlook of scientific development with some personal views presented.
