Huaer and Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection

在"非物质文化遗产热"的背景下,曾被主流文化忽视的民间音乐正经历着一场前所未有的机遇和挑战。考察花儿流行区的地方政府在非物质文化遗产保护语境以及国家经济政策的昭引下,对传统花儿文化资源进行重构的过程。另外也关注花儿文化操持者与国家博弈过程中的个人生存智慧和策略性对应,即是国家艺术标准化如何影响着传统音乐的变迁和走向。

Under the upsurge of intangible cultural heritage protection, the folk music, which was ignored for a while by mainstream culture, is facing unprecedented challenge and opportunity. The present study is to examine the reconstruction of Huaer resource under the context of intangible cultural heritage protection and the current cultural and economic policy of China. Moreover, it also focuses on how the Huaer performers use their wisdom to respond to such a policy, which means how the national standardization of art will influence the change and direction of traditional music.
