摘要
本文主要介绍了K25D(和K25D_2)系列电磁换向阀进行可靠性试验的结果,分析该系列产品的失效分布规律、失效模式影响直方图,计算出失效率和平均寿命,运用数理统计方法检验失效分布的正确性。此文还对该系列产品失效机理进行了剖析,提出了提高它们可靠性的改进措施。
This paper prsents the experimental results on reliability for solenoid valves series K25D
and K25D_2.The failure distribution rule for these valves and straight block diagram affected by the failure
model are analyzed.It has been done to caculate the failure rate and MTBF,and to check the correctness of
failure distribution based on math-phisical statistics.Through studying the failure function for these valves
the improvement measure on raising their reliability has been advanced.
