摘要
文章分析了应用型软件人才培养目标和途径,构建了创新与实践能力的培养模式,并给出依据CDIO工程教育理念设计的培养模式三级训练体系和内容、基于公司运营驱动方式设计的培养模式运行模式。实践结果表明,培养模式的构建和运行较好地促进了教学改革,有效地提高了应用型软件人才培养质量。
For talent cultivation quality improvement and innovative and practical ability cultivation, paper analyzed the cultivation target and approach of application-oriented software talent education, and constructed Innovative and Practical Ability Cultivation Model, giving it＇s CDIO model based three-layer structure, training content, and corporation based operation mode. The teaching practice show that this method oerforms effectively.
