摘要
如何构建中青年专任教师资源的有效激励机制,是摆在民办高校举办者、学校专职管理层及其人力资源管理部门面前的一个必须正视和亟需解决的重大课题。X学院近年来的发展情况表明,我国不少民办高校在中青年专任教师资源激励机制的构建上存在着诸如薪酬激励不足、制度激励失偏、事业激励缺乏、参与和发展激励短缺等问题。研究发现,资本的趋利性、缺乏以人为本的管理理念和管理体制障碍是造成这些缺失的内外在原因。
How to construct an efficient incentive mechanism for full-time middle-aged and young teachers in private-run colleges is a major task for the sponsors,administrators and department of human resources to face and accomplish.Present situations show that the incentive mechanism needs to be perfected mainly in the following respects: salary satisfaction;regulation rationalization;career devotion;initiative of participation and development.It is concluded in this paper that the pursuit of capital accumulation and lack of human-oriented ideology and management results in the above-mentioned problems.
