摘要免疫性血小板减少症（immune thrombocytopenia,ITP）是一种以血小板计数减少而出现广泛的皮肤、黏膜、内脏等出血为主要表现的自身免疫性疾病,临床上甚为常见。其可分为原发性和继发性,原发性免疫性血小板减少症也称为特发性血小板减少性紫癜。
