油菜粕中芥子油甙的提取及精制工艺

摘要 通过考察不同大孔吸附树脂对自油菜粕中提取的芥子油甙粗提液的吸附和脱附效果,对芥子油甙的精制工艺进行研究,并采用高效液相色谱法对其进行定性分析。结果表明:D201GF大孔强碱性阴离子交换树脂对芥子油甙的吸附效果最强,最大饱和吸附量为35.57μmol/g,pH无需调整,温度为50℃,吸附时间为15 min;洗脱剂选用1 mol/L的NaCl溶液,洗脱30 min,洗脱率达98%。 By investigating the effects of different macroporous resin on the adsorption and desorption of glucosinolates (GLS) extraction solution distilled from rapeseed meal, the purification process of GLS was studied. And GLS were also qualitatively analyzed by HPLC. The results indicated that D201GF macroporous strongly basic anion exchange resin had the strongest adsorption effect on GLS. The maximum adsorption capacity was 35.57 μmol/g, pH was not indispensably adjusted, the temperature was 50℃, the adsorption time was 15 min, I mol/L sodium chloride solution was used as eluant, the elution time was 30 min and the elution rate was 98 %.
