摘要
利用紫外线诱变不同稀释度的黑曲霉菌液后,筛选得到一株酶活力较强的菌株A3,其酶活为52.34nkat/mL,并对其进行了Sephadex G-200凝胶柱层析纯化。对A3发酵产酶条件的研究结果表明,最适产酶发酵条件为发酵温度范围27oC~30oc,发酵时间72h,pH6.0,摇床转速130r/min,壳聚糖含量1.0%。
A strain with relatively high ability to produce chitosanase was screened out by ultraviolet irradiation mutagenesis, chitosanase produce was 52.34 nkat/mL, purifing the enzyme with Sephadex G-200. The optimal condition producing chitosanas for A3 was as follows: the fermentation temperature was 27℃-30℃, the fermentation time was 72 h, pH value was 6.0, shaking speed was130 r/rain, and chitosan content was 1.0 %.
