摘要
就国有食品企业在签订合同中需要注意的若干个问题进行了综述。对合同中的相关条款进行了解读并提出了作者的观点。最后一部分重点论述了对于违约责任的约定。
The state-owned food enterprises in the signing of the contract need to pay attention to several problems were reviewed. On relative clauses in the contract for the interpretation and puts forward the author＇s view. The last part of the paper focuses on the liability for breach of contract
