不同时间温针灸对老年人超氧化物歧化酶、T细胞亚群的影响

Effect of Warming-needle Acupuncture at Different Time of the Day on Superoxide Dismutase and T cell Subsets of Old People

目的探讨不同时间温针灸对老年人超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、T细胞亚群的影响,以选择最佳针灸抗衰老时间段。方法将30例老年人随机分为辰时治疗组和未时治疗组各15例,分别于辰时、未时施行温针灸治疗,两组均取关元、足三里(双)。每日1次,5次为1个疗程,两组均于治疗前及治疗4个疗程后检测血清SOD以及T细胞亚群含量。结果治疗后两组老年人血清SOD、T细胞亚群中CD3+、CD4+含量及辰时治疗组CD4+/CD8+值均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中CD3+、CD4+含量及CD4+/CD8+值辰时治疗组较未时治疗组提高幅度更大(P<0.05或P<0.01);辰时治疗组血清SOD、CD3+、CD4+含量、CD4+/CD8+值治疗前后差值均大于未时治疗组(P<0.01)。结论辰时温针灸对老年人SOD、T细胞亚群的影响较未时更大,此时施行温针灸抗衰老效果更佳。

Objective To explore the effect of warming-needle acupuncture at different time on the superoxide dismutase （SOD） and T cell subsets of old people to determine the best period of time of the day for the treatment to delay the aging. Methods Thirty cases were randomized into Chenshi group and Weishi group with 15 in each. Both groups were treated with warming-needle acupuncture at Guanyuan （CV 4） and Zusanli （ST 36） （both sides）. The Chenshi group was treated at 7：00 to 9：00, while the Weishi group treated at 13..00--15：00, once everyday, 5 times as one course. Before treatment and after 4 courses of treatment, the contents of SOD and T cell subsets in the serum of the two groups were determined for comparison. Results After treatment, the SOD and the CD3＋ and CD4 ＋ contents of T cell subsets were significantly increased in both groups, CD4＋/CD8＋ of the Chenshi group was significantly increased （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, and the CD3＋ and CD4＋ contents and CD4＋/CD8＋ of the Chenshi group were increased more significant than those of the Weishi group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The D-value of SOD, CD3＋ and CD4＋ contents, and CD4＋/CD8＋ of the Chenshi group before and after treatment was bigger than that of the Weishi group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The warming-needle acupuncture in Chenshi is more effective on the SOD and T cell subsets of the aged people than in Weishi. The result of acupuncture given at Chenshi is better in anti-aging.
