总结婴幼儿心脏手术后合并膈肌麻痹的监护经验。回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2010年12月,26例心脏术后合并膈肌麻痹的患儿的护理,本组呼吸机使用时间241～1247h,术后呼吸机相关性肺炎21例(80.77%),气管切开10例(38.46%)。15例患儿应用静脉高营养液治疗。心脏手术后8～56d,全部行膈肌折叠手术,最终脱离呼吸机辅助,治愈出院。

This paper summarizes the nursing care of 26 infants with diaphragmatic paralysis after cardiac surgery from January 2007 to December 2010. The duration of mechanical ventilation ranged from 241 to 1247 hours. The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was 89.77 percent（21 infants）. Ten infants（38.46 percent） underwent traeheotomy. Fifteen infants received intravenous nutrition therapy. All the children underwent folded diaphragm surgery at 8 to 56 days after cardiac surgery. All of them wean from the ventilation and were cured.
