摘要 慢性病患者不仅要承受病程长、病情迁延等病痛。还要面对医疗费用增长和社会负担过重等压力，易出现抑郁、孤独、悲观、疏于社会交往、攻击他人等心理适应不良。直接影响身心健康和生活质量。既往慢性病患者的心理研究多集中在负性情绪的危害，
