摘要
针对当前国内风电大规模快速并网的现状,提出扩建混合式抽水蓄能电站的建议方案,并分析总结其对电网调度的意义。同时,根据混合式抽水蓄能电站的功能和特点,构建了包含混合式抽水蓄能电站的库群联合优化调度通用模型,全面归化了应对不同电网需求的水电站群调度效益,并采用二维离散微分动态规划结合逐次逼近算法对其求解。最后以东北白山—丰满梯级水电站为例进行了仿真验证,计算结果表明,该模型结构合理,求解算法行之有效。
In view of the current situation of fast and large-scale wind power grid-connection in China,an extension to the hybrid pumped-storage power station is proposed.The significance to the power grid dispatching construction is analyzed and summarized.Meanwhile,a general model of multi-reservoirs optimization combined operation is developed according to the functions and features of the hybrid pumped-storage power station.The operation benefits of the hydropower stations of different grid demands are generalized.The algorithm of two-dimensional discrete differential dynamic programming(DDDP) is adopted in conjunction with the successive approximation algorithm(SAA) for solution.Verification by simulation is made for Baishan-Fengman cascade plant in Northeast China.The result shows that the model structure is rational and the algorithm is effective.
