堆浸散体颗粒结构对溶浸液渗流规律的影响 被引量:12

Effect of Particle Structure on Permeability of Leaching Dump

摘要 分析了高泥浸堆的堆体结构,运用CT扫描技术对溶浸柱浸出前后进行扫描,构建了二值化图像,将堆体孔隙率计算直观地转化为图像的几何运算。并通过试验验证了颗粒与堆体渗透性的关系。结果表明:均匀性差的堆体,其松散颗粒容易在浸出过程中发生迁移,导致溶浸柱下部颗粒结构变致密,浸出后的平均孔隙率降低2.63个百分点,浸出5 h后的渗透系数降低37.5%;提高入堆颗粒结构的均匀性,浸堆渗透系数可增大2~100倍,对高泥氧化矿采取水洗-分级浸出,浸出率可从1%提高到60%。 The heap structure of high - clay oxide ore was analyzed. Leaching column was scanned by CT scan technology in pre - leaching and after leaching. The binary image of heap structure was built, the mathematic calculate of porosity was translated to the geometric calculate of the image, and the relationship of particle uniformity and permeability in heap had been proved by test. The result indicated that, for leaching dump with poor particle uniformity, the loose particles transported easily in the process of heap leaching, the particle structure in the lower zones of the solvent leaching column became compacter, the average porosity decreased by 2.63% after leaching,the permeability coefficient decreases 37.5% after 5 hours. After the particle uniformity of dump was improved the permeability coefficient was increased by 2 -100 times. When water - washing and classification - leaching process was applied to high - clay oxide ore,the leaching rate was increased from 1% to 60%.
