新疆某低品位铜铅锌多金属硫化矿选矿试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Research on Beneficiation Process a Low-grade Cu-Pb-Zn Polymetallic Sulfide Ore from Xinjiang

摘要 新疆某低品位铜铅锌多金属硫化矿为难选矿,原矿品位低:铜0.11%、铅1.45%、锌1.59%,矿石结构复杂,铜、铅、锌矿交代共生关系密切。针对该矿石特点,采用铜、铅部分混合浮选,浮选铜铅精矿使用新型无氰、无铬、无污染的抑制剂TZ-12抑铜浮铅,使铅、锌、铜得到最大限度的回收,获得铅精矿含铅57.46%、铅回收率85.59%,锌精矿含锌41.05%、锌回收率67.28%的良好效果。 The grades of copper,lead and zinc of a Cu - Pb - Zn polymetallic sulfide ore from Xinjing are respectively 0. 11%, 1.45% and 1.59% ,with complex ore texture, the metasomatic and symbiotic relationships of copper, lead and zinc minerals are very dose. In view of the characteristics of the ore, a technological flow - sheet consisting of partial bulk flotation of copper and lead minerals, the separation of copper and lead in mixed concentrate using new depressor TZ - 12 with cyanogens, chromium and pollution to depress copper and float lead and the flotation of zinc from the bulk flotation tailings was adopted, so the maximum recovery of lead and zinc and copper could be achieved, a lead concentrate with grade of 57.46%, lead recovery of 85.59%, a zinc concentrate with grade of 41.05% and zinc recovery of 67.28% were obtained.
