摘要
以某难选高铝、高硅且泥化严重的铁矿石为原料,采用焙烧-磁选工艺进行分选。通过单因素试验和正交试验,探索了煤粉用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、磨矿细度及磁场强度等对该矿石分选效果的影响。试验结果表明,在焙烧温度为950℃、焙烧时间为80 min、煤粉用量占矿样25%、磨矿细度为64.00%-0.038 mm、磁场强度为93.33 kA/m的条件下,可获得精矿品位为56.09%、回收率为60.87%的铁精矿。
Roasting and magnetic separation was applied to process a refractory iron ore with high aluminum and silicon contents and extremely sliming. Based on the single factor experiment and orthogonal conditional optimization tests, the influences of dosage of fine coal, roasting temperature, roasting time, grinding fineness and magnetic field intensity on the separating effect has been explored. Test results showed that an iron concentrate with iron grade of 56.09 % and iron recovery of 60.87% could be obtained after the ore was processed by the following conditions:roasting at 950℃ for 80 min with fine coal account for samples total weight of 25% ,grinding size of 64% -0. 038 mm and magnetic field intensity of 93.33 kA/m.
