科学发展观对党的群众路线的理论新贡献——兼论新形势下贯彻群众路线的价值理念与思想方法

New Theoretical Contribution of the Scientific Outlook on Development to the Mass line of the Party——also on the Value Concept and Thinking Methodology of Implementing the Mass Line under New Situation

群众路线是我们党的优良传统和宝贵精神财富。科学发展观贯彻以人为本的核心价值观,在新的历史起点上坚持党的群众路线,面对新形势下党的群众工作的新情况、新问题和新特点,提出了一系列贯彻党的群众路线的策略,创造性地丰富和发展了我们党的群众路线的价值理念与思想方法论。它的理论新贡献在于:继承发展了我们党把马克思主义关于人民群众是历史创造者的原理系统地运用于党的实践活动的传统,并使党的群众路线与马克思主义认识论相统一,在此基础上,进一步把马克思主义的价值论与群众路线相统一,具有重大的理论创新价值和现实指导意义。
