摘要
为了进一步明确不同品种魔芋抗肿瘤活性的差异,分别以白魔芋和花魔芋为原料,先对其所含的魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)进行辐照酶解处理制备魔芋葡甘聚糖片段(KF),再通过体内外抑瘤试验,分别探究两种降解产物的抗肿瘤活性,并作分析比较。结果表明:两个品种的魔芋葡甘聚糖片段浓度的增加,宫颈癌细胞株的存活率逐渐降低,艾氏腹水瘤(EAC)小鼠的移植性实体瘤和脏器指数均有不同程度的增强;白魔芋葡甘聚糖片段的抑制肿瘤活性比花魔芋葡甘聚糖片段的强。
This paper further clarifies the antitumor activity differ-ences between White Konjac glucomannan(KGM)and Spend konjac glucomannan.Firstly,had irradiation enzyme treatment to KGM to get segments of Konjac glucomannan(KF).Then,compare the anti-tumor activities with tumor suppression experiment in vivo and in vitro.The results were as follows:the liability of Hela cells de-creased with the increase of the concentration of two KGM.Portabil-ity solid tumor and viscera exponents of Adenauer ascites tumor(EAC)mouse enhanced with different intensity,showing the two kinds of konjac had some antitumor activity.And the white one was much higher.
