摘要
利用微波辅助技术提取山茱萸多糖。在单因素试验的基础上以乙醇浓度、液料比和微波功率为试验因素,以多糖提取率为响应值,采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法进行试验。结果表明,山茱萸多糖提取的最佳工艺条件:浸泡时间120min,微波功率456W,料液比1∶33(m∶V),微波处理时间3.2min,实际测得多糖提取率为11.12%,与模型预测值基本相符。
Based on single-factor experiment,the method of response surface analysis with 3factors were adopted including microwave power,solvent-material ratio and extraction time on the rate of poly-saccharides was adopted.The results showed that optimum extrac-tion conditions were as follows:soak time 120min,microwave pow-er 456 W,solid-liquid ratio 1∶33,microwave extraction time 3.2min;the actual extraction rate of polysaccharides was 11.12%,in close agreement with value predicted by the mathematical model.
