摘要
阐述水利普查对象编码标准选取的思路及目的,对已有的标准立足于第一次水利普查的可行性做了详细分析,提出1套全新的编码标准,为水利普查数据处理工作的开展打下一定基础。
This article elaborates the idea and purposes of standard selection of object coding for national census forwater, carries out a detailed analysis on the formulated standards based on the feasibility of the first census. Finally, the author proposes a new set of coding standard, laying a solid foundation for data processing of national census for water.
