摘要
为了研究ZF3700/16/26型液压支架底座在各种危险工况下的强度和应力分布,利用Pro/E软件建立了该型液压支架及其底座的三维实体模型,通过对底座两种危险工况———两端施加集中载荷和扭转的模拟加载实验,获得了各工作状态下该支架底座的应力与位移分布云图。研究表明:底座的应力集中位于前后柱窝及其边缘盖板处,两种工况下支架底座最大应力分别为116.9 MPa、257.2 MPa。所得结论对于根据支架底座的位移和应力分布特点合理设计底座结构、提高底座的承载能力、增加其使用寿命提供了理论依据。
In order to study strength and stress distribution of ZF3700/16/26 type hydraulic support base under dangerous working conditions,three-dimensional solid models of the hydraulic support and its base were established by means of Pro/E software.Nephograms of stresses and displacement distribution of the base were obtained by loading tests under different working conditions with two end concentrated loads and twisting.Calculation shows that the stress concentration of the base locate in front and back of the columns and at the edge cover.Maximum stresses of the base under the two conditions are 116.9 MPa and 257.2 MPa,respectively.Conclusions obtained from study provide a theoretical basis for designing reasonably the structure according to the displacement and stress distribution features,improving the bearing capacity of the base and increasing its service life.
