量子化介观RLC并联电路在压缩真空态下的量子涨落 被引量:1

摘要 对具有普遍意义的量子化介观RLC并联电路各支路的电流与电压在压缩真空态下的量子效应进行了研究,并对影响各支路电流与电压的量子涨落的因素进行了分析。结果表明,在压缩真空态下量子化介观RLC并联电路中各支路电流与电压的量子涨落受到电路元件的参数、压缩真空态的参数以及时间因素的影响,具体表现在各支路电流与电压的量子涨落随时间按指数规律衰减,其衰减速度与电路元件的参数有关,而与压缩真空态的参数无关,在初始时刻涨落的大小由电路元件参数及压缩真空态的压缩因子和压缩角共同决定。 The quantum fluctuations of the voltage and the current in each branch of the quantized generalized mesoscopic RLC parallel circuit in squeezed vacuum state were studied.The factors affecting the fluctuations in each branch were also analyzed.The results show that the quantum fluctuations in each branch of the circuit in squeezed vacuum state are related to the factors which are the elements of the circuit,the parameters of the squeezed vacuum state and the time.All the quantum fluctuations of the voltage and the current in each branch of the circuit decay with time exponentially.The decay rates are related to the elements of the circuit only,not to the parameters of the squeezed vacuum state.The amplitude of the fluctuations at the initial stage depends on the elements of the circuit and the parameters of the squeezed vacuum state.
