考虑阻塞管理的IL-G日前市场联合优化调度模型

Jointly Optimal Dispatching Model for Interruptible Load and Generator Units in Day-ahead Market Considering Congestion Management

摘要 建立了考虑阻塞管理的可中断负荷和发电机组日前市场联合优化调度模型,并对可中断负荷参与机组调度(包括线路阻塞管理)的经济价值作了分析。依据调度规则,采用模型分解法,将该多时段模型分为预调度、阻塞判断和阻塞管理等3个子模型分别求解,其中预调度子模型借鉴排队竞价和发电机组检修计划安排的方法求解,阻塞管理子模型采用粒子群优化算法求解。算例对模型的可行性和经济价值作了验证。 This paper establishes a jointly optimal dispatching model for interruptible load and generator units in dayahead market considering congestion management, and analyzes the economic value of taking interruptible load into account of the dispatching of generator units ( including line congestion management). According to dispatching rules, the research adopts the model decomposition method to divide the multi-period model into pre-dispatching, congestion judgment and congestion management sub-models, and solves these three sub-models separately. Pre-dispatching sub-model is solved by line bidding and generator maintenance scheduling method; congestion management sub-model is solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm. Finally, calculation examples verify the feasibility and economic value of the model.
