政府参与下火电企业氮氧化物减排的博弈分析

Game Analysis of Nitrogen Oxides Emission Reduction in Thermal Power Enterprises with Government Participation

由于成本收益不平衡等因素的影响使得火电企业普遍缺乏氮氧化物减排的积极性,为此,在系统分析我国氮氧化物排放现状及控制措施基础上,构建出火电企业和政府之间的博弈模型,旨在为政府制定氮氧化物减排促进政策提供理论依据和具体建议,以期减排目标的早日实现。

Due to the imbalance between cost and benefit and other factors, many thermal power enterprises lack the enthusiasm for nitrogen oxides emission reduction. This paper introduced the current emission status of nitrogen oxides and main countermeasures, and built a game model between the thermal power plants and government. The aim is to provide theoretical basis and specific recommendations for the government to formulate promoting polices, then to realize emission-reduction targets earlier.
