地区电网运行评价指标体系及评价方法研究

Evaluation Index System and Methods for Regional Power Grid Operation

根据地区电网运行特点,结合电力部门的实际需求,提出了评价地区电网运行方式的指标体系,包括对供电可靠性、电能质量、经济性、短路电流、运行操作复杂度以及检修方式特性等评价,给出其计算方法,引入模糊隶属函数和层次分析法的基本思想,实现指标量化,运用数据包络法和模糊综合评判技术等方法进行综合评价。并应用于某实际变电站的实例计算,验证了该方法的有效性。

On the basis of the operational characteristics of regional power grid, as well as the actual needs of the power sector, this paper proposes the index system for evaluating the operation mode of regional power grid. The method of fuzzy membership function and AHP are adopted to quantify the indicators, and data envelopment analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation techniques are also applied to get the comprehensive evaluation.
