Intelligent Measurement and Identification Technique for Moving Objects in Transmission Line Monitoring System

提出了反外损智能监控系统,基于计算机视觉和模式识别技术,能够对入侵物体进行检测并实现实时报警研究了该系统的运动目标检测技术,并提出了传输图像的去噪算法以保证其传输的真实性。

Based on the computer technology of vision and pattern identification, the proposed intelligent monitoring system against external loss can detect the intruding objects and produce real-time alarming. Moreover, moving object detection technique was researched in this system, and the denoising algorithm for image transmission was presented to ensure its authenticity.
