摘要
阐述了某发电厂1号机组在A级检修中对通流部分汽封进行部分完善改造的过程,总结在600 MW超临界机组过桥汽封中首次使用蜂窝汽封的尝试,以及在其他部位使用蜂窝汽封的经验和效果,对于同类型机组的节能降耗工作有着一定的借鉴意义。
This paper describes the retrofit process of steam seals for flow passage during the A-level maintenance of Unit 1 in a power plant. Then it summarizes the experience and effects of the first attempt to apply cellular steam seals to bridge steam seals and other parts of 600 MW supercritical steam turbine. This research is significant for the energy saving efforts for other generating units of the same type.
