海富大厦地下室围护桩桩壁合一结构设计特点与经济效益

本文叙述海富大厦因停建15年后重建需利用原己施工的基坑支护桩,却因地下室平面的修改而发生了矛盾。设计中将三层地下室侧壁紧靠支护桩,从而突现"桩辟合一"的结构设计特点,并取得了显著的经济效益。

This article describes Haifu Buildind utilize the constructed foudation piles for 15 years of reconstruction,but the plane changing is out of line with the constructecd foundation.Basement side abuts on thefoundation piles,Namely merging pile and side of basement.It has achieved remarkable economic results.
