一种低成本低剂量油基钻井液的性能评价

Performance Evaluation on A Low Cost and Low Dosage Oil-base Drilling Fluid

针对油基钻井液乳化剂加量大、成本高的问题,研制了一套低成本低剂量的油基钻井液体系,该体系乳化剂和润湿剂加量极小,仅占总加量的1.5%～3.0%,钻井液体系抗温能力达到180℃,密度可加至2.4g/cm3,同时具有较好的乳化稳定性和较低的滤失量,满足现场钻井工程施工要求。

In allusion to the problems of high dosage and high cost of emulsifiers in oil base drilling fluids,a low cost and low dosage oil base drilling fluid system was developed.The system had a small dosage of emulsifier and wetting agent,it accounted for total volume of 1.5%～3.0%,its anti-temperature ability was 180 ℃,density could be 2.4g/cm3,had better of emulsion stability and lower of filtration lost volume.The result indicates that it can meet field operation drilling operation requirements.
