6个种源山桐子种子含油率和脂肪酸GC/MS分析 被引量:22

摘要 为给山桐子的开发利用提供依据,本研究以6个种源的山桐子种子作为研究对象,采用索式提取法提取油脂,对山桐子种子含油率及种子中的脂肪酸组成和相对含量进行了测定分析,得到的油脂甲酯化处理后,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC/MS)分析油脂中的脂肪酸组成及相对含量.结果显示,不同种源山桐子含油率相差较大,变幅为11.34%~26.54%,其中河南产的种子含油率最高(26.54%),其他依次为四川(23.22%)和湖南(22.61%)、江苏(18.05%)、江西(14.74%)、贵州(11.34%);经鉴定山桐子油中含有的脂肪酸有10种,分别为十四酸、十五酸、棕榈油酸、棕榈酸、十七碳酸、亚油酸、油酸、硬脂酸、12-羟基油酸、花生酸,其中亚油酸含量最高,达73.936%~84.603%. In order to provide a basis for development and utilization of Idesia polycarpa, taking the seeds from six provenances as materials, oil were extracted by the Soxhlet extraetior. Oil content in seed, fatty acid composition and relative content were determined and analyzed. Methyl esterification of obtained oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The results showed that oil content difference between different kinds was great, ranging from 11.34% to 26.54%. Henan provenance seed oil content was the highest (26.54%) , followed by Sichuan provenance (23.22%) and Hunan provenance (22.61%) , Jiangsu provenance( 18.05% ) , Jiangxi provenance( 14.74% ) , Guizhou provenance( 11.34% ). Ten kinds of different fatty acids were detected, including myristic acid, pentadecanoic acid, palmitoleic acid, palmitic acid, heptadeeanoic acid, linoleie acid, oleic acid, stearic acid, 12-OH oleic acid, arachidie acid, and the content of linoleic acid up to 73. 936 % 84. 603 % ,was the highest.
