摘要
为了解猪细小病毒(PPV)感染Marc-145细胞后引起细胞炎性反应特别是白细胞介素18(IL-18)的反应,探讨宿主-病毒之间的作用关系,运用荧光定量PCR技术,测定和分析了PPV感染Marc-145细胞后引起的病毒DNA含量的变化和IL-18的分泌水平.结果表明,IL-18的表达量在1 h无明显变化、在3,24 h增加,48 h轻微下调.表明猪细小病毒感染可引起Marc-145细胞分泌IL-18增加.
In order to survey the host inflammatory responses, in particular interleukin-18 responses of Marc-145 infected with porcine parvovirus (PPV) , and to study the host-PPV interaction, PPV was to used infect the Marc-145 cells to measure and analyze the viral DNA using real-time PCR. The transcript level of interleukin-18 was detected by real-time PCR too. The results showed that the transcript level of interleukin-18 had no obvious change 1 h after inoculation, increased 3 and 24 h after inoculation, and was slightly lower than that of the control 48 h after inoculation. The results indicate infection PPV can upregulate the secretion of interleukin-18 in Marc-145 cell.
