摘要
在社会养老保险制度上，中国和美国均为传统社会保险型模式，两国均认同“部分”基金制的改革取向。中美两国的养老保险制度各有特点，但在人口老龄化、基金支付能力等方面，我国面临着更为突出的挑战。
