高尿酸血症的治疗及微生态方面治疗的相关进展 被引量:4

The treatment of hyperuricemia and microecological treatment progress

摘要 近年,高尿酸血症(Hyperuricemin)发病率快速增加,发病年龄年轻化趋势愈加明显,临床表现更为严重,还有部分患者因高尿酸血症症状严重,并用药物多,以致不能耐受现有治疗,病情得不到有效控制,最终发展成为难治性痛风。因此, In recent years, the incidence of hyperuricemia had increased rapidly, the age of onset of the young tendency had become more and more obvious, more serious clinical manifestations. There were some patients with hyperuricemia symptoms were severe, with drugs, that cannot tolerate the available treatment, the condition was not effective control, ultimately become refractory gout. Therefore, the treatment of hyperurieemia had received extensive attention. This article was mainly about the causes and treatment of hyperurieemia existing measures to be introduced, and of special note of micro ecological preparation with probiotics in the treatment of hyperuricemia related progress and potential.
