摘要
情绪工作是组织行为学的新兴研究领域,文章将情绪工作的研究成果引入图书馆流通馆员的读者服务工作,并对流通馆员情绪工作的定义、特点、影响因素以及情绪工作的管理进行了探讨。
The emotional work is a rising research area of organizational behavior now.The article leads the new research finding of the emotional work into the service of librarians in the circulation work,and discusses the the definition,characteristic,factor as well as the management of the emotional work.
