试析民办高职院校内部管理问题及应对策略

Analysis of the Management Problems and the Resolution Approaches of Private-owned Higher Professional Colleges

近几年来,我国民办高职院校发展迅速,然而由于受到传统观念、资金不足等因素的影响,民办高职院校在发展中存在内部管理体制、教育教学质量管理、公共关系管理等亟待解决的问题,本文对此问题加以探讨并提出行之有效的应对策略。

In the past few years,Private-owned Higher Professional Colleges have made rapid development.However,Private-owned Higher Professional Colleges are suffering from such urgent problems as the interior management system,education and teaching quality management and public relations management,resulting from such factors as the traditional concepts and deficiency in funds for construction.This paper is exploring these problems and puts forward effective approaches to them.
