On the basis of Business English profession Heilongjiang Agricultural Engineering Vocational College to foster vocational business English major students core competitiveness,the author sums up the three cultivating strategy of the core competitiveness of Business English major students which are the formulation of programs,practical students management system and perfect practice teaching system.So to provide practical operation channel for Business English major students cultivate core competence theory,and provide solutions for business English professional cultivation.
