摘要
Think-pair-share是加拿大TESL课堂中常用教学活动形式,它鼓励学生进行积极的思考、讨论、记录并复述自己及同伴的观点,有助于学生树立学习英语的自信心,促进学生大面积参与到英语课堂教学活动中,最后达成英语语言技能的提高。因此,本文从think-pair-share的理论基础合作语言学习理论出发,探讨其在TESL课堂学习中的运用及对TEFL课堂教学的启示,促进中国英语课堂教学效果的提高。
Think-pair-share is one of the frequently-used activities in TESL in Canada,which gives students the opportunity to thoughtfully respond to questions in written form and to engage in meaningful dialogues with other students around these issues.This format helps students build confidence,encourages greater participation and often results in more thoughtful discussions.Therefore,based on the cooperative language learning approach,this paper explores the application of think-pair-share in TESL classrooms and provides suggestions for teaching English as a foreign language in China.
