摘要
以硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸分解试样,在盐酸介质中,采用ICP-AES法测定硅钙合金中的钙和铁。对试样溶解方法、元素分析谱线、仪器工作条件的优化、溶液酸度和基体效应等进行了讨论。结果表明,在最佳试验条件下,钙和铁的测定范围分别为Cla:10.0%~35%;Fe:2.0%~20.0%。该方法用于标准物质的分析,测定值与标准值一致,RSD(n=5)为0.2%~0.9%。本方法适用于硅钙合金中Ca、Fe的含量的快速测定。
The samples were dissolved by nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid. The contents of Ca and Fe in silicon calcium alloy were measured by ICP-AES method in HCI solution. The sample dissolution method, the analytical spectral lines of elements, the optimization of the instrument operation conditions, the solution acidity and matrix effects, etc. were discussed. The results showed that the contents of Ca and Fe were 10.0% -35.0% and 2.0% -20.0%, respectively, under the best experimental conditions. Such method was used for analysis of the standard material and its measured value was consistent with the criteria value, e.g. RSD (n=5) was 0.2% -0.9%. This method was suitable for the rapid determination of Ca and Fe contents in silicon calcium alloy.
