摘要
介绍了梅钢炼钢厂采用"LF-RH"双联法生产IF钢的工艺实践。通过提高转炉终点命中率,优化RH脱碳等措施,解决了钢水增碳问题;采取合理的LF加热制度,同时降低RH处理周期,保证了连铸浇注的连续性并改善了铸坯质量。
The practice of IF steel production with LF-RH duplex process in Meisteel was introduced. Carbon pick- up in hot steel could be solved by the improvement of BOF terminal hit rate and the optimization of RH decarburization. The continuity of the continuous casting was ensured and the strand quality was improved by using the rational LF heating system and reducing the RH refining cycle.
