企业档案信息资源库建设研究——以中航工业总部为例

Research on Construction of Archival Information Resource in Enterprise——Based on the Practice of AVIC Headquarter

档案信息是支撑企业生存与发展的重要资源,加强档案信息资源库建设是实现企业档案信息有效整合和高度共享的一种管理思路。本文在基于对中航工业总部档案信息资源利用需求调查研究的基础上,深入分析档案信息资源管理现状与档案信息需求之间的差距所在,研究提出了中航工业总部档案信息资源库建设的基本策略。

Archival information is an important resource in upholding existence and development of enterprise, and enhancing construction of archival information resource bank is a management philosophy in realizing the effective integration and high share of enterprise archival information. This paper, based on indepth analysis of archival information resources utility requirement in AVIC headquarter, deeply analyzes the gap between present archival information resource management and archival information requirements, and then proposes the basic strategy in construction of archival information resource in AVIC headquarter.
