摘要
在我国高等职业教育管理中,种种问题使教师和学生的积极性、主动性、创造性不能得到充分发挥。通过对高等职业学校教师和学生现状的分析,运用激励理论进一步完善高等职业教育管理,提高教学质量,促进当前职业教育事业的发展。
In the management of higher vocational education,various problems hinder teachers’ and students’ enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.By analyzing the current situation of teachers and students in higher vocational schools,the paper puts forward some measures to perfect the management mechanism of higher vocational education and improve their educational development and teaching quality based on Incentive Theory.
