摘要
为在EILog成套装备配接中子寿命测井功能,开发了中子寿命测井地面控制和数据处理系统,介绍了其软件及硬件解决方案。在详细分析中子寿命仪器数据结构的基础上,阐述了以MCU(Micro Control Unit)为核心实现PCM(Pulse Code Modulation)信号解码的原理和方法。按不同的软件平台分层获取数据,通过底层的设备驱动程序实现对硬件的访问;通过上层的控制软件实现数据采集与处理。该系统仪器数据传输误码率低,数据采集实时性好,软件运行稳定、可靠。应用该系统配接EILog测井系统在石油工业测井计量站中子寿命标准刻度井群进行测井已获成功。
In order to have neutron lifetime logging function in EIlog logging system, developed are control and data processing system of neutron lifetime, and the solutions scheme of hardware and software is introduced. Based on the analysis of neutron lifetime tool data structure, expatiated are principle and method of PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) transmission signal encode and decode in which kernel chip is MCU(Micro Control Unit)microprocessor. Different software platforms obtain layer data, and accessing the hardware is completed by bottom device drivers. Datum are acquired and processed by up control software. The system transmission error code is lower, data acquisition real-time is good, software is stable and reliable. The system trials test for the EILog neutron lifetime logging control and data processing system succeeded in neutron lifetime logging standard calibration facilities of Petroleum Industry Metrology Center.
