摘要
针对某企业的一条180米隧道窑控制系统给出了整体设计方案及控制方法。在经过对隧道窑烧成过程以及隧道窑自动控制系统发展状况进行分析以后,设计了一种基于PLC的自动化集成控制系统。设计的系统在实际生产过程中运行良好。该系统不仅降低了工人的工作强度,还提高了产品质量、减少了能源消耗,并且为实现自动控制打下了基础。
The overall design and control method is introduced for a 180-meter-long tunnel kiln control system of an enterprise. After analysing firing process of tunnel kiln and the development of tunnel kiln automation control system, an integrated automation control system based on PLC is designed. The designed system performs well in real manufacturing process, which reduces intensity of work for workers, realizing an improvement in product quality as well as a reduction in energy costs,and forming a foundation for automation control.
