摘要
基于Pro/E、MATLAB、ADAMS和ANSYS联合构造的协同仿真环境,建立了掘进机截割部刚柔耦合虚拟样机的振动模型。施加外部激励,利用ADAMS/VIBRATION模块对其振动特性开展了研究,确定出回转台在截割硬岩载荷激励作用下的响应,得出对系统整体性能不利的模态振型和频率;并与减速机构转动频率进行比较,为掘进机截割部的振动提供了理论依据,对全面掌握截割部系统的动态性能具有重要价值。
Based on MATLAB, Pro/E, ADAMS software ANSYS and joint structuw of collaborative simulation environment, determing cutting of the virtnal prototype of soft coupling vibration model is established. With external incentives, ADAMS/VIBRATION module of the VIBRATION eharaeteristies ,research is conducted in rotary cutting hard rock load excitation system. Theoretical basis for the VIBRATION of a comprehensive grasp cutting part of system dynamic performanee of important value is provided with the response of the overall performance of the unfavorable modal shape and frequency ,and slow comparing rotation frequency institutions for determing cutting department.
